Recently, a delegation of teachers from Guangdong technical education system visited GAOXIAN manufacturing base for on-site investigation and technical exchange. The delegation consists of professors and professional teachers majoring in weak current and network engineering from multiple technical schools. The activity aims to connect vocational education with industrial development, help teachers learn cutting-edge production technologies and industry standards of structured cabling, and bridge the gap between talent training and real market demands.

During the sharing session, GAOXIAN technical manager delivered a comprehensive introduction to the whole structured cabling industrial chain. The presentation covered network cables, RJ45 connectors, wiring tools, fiber accessories, production procedures, electrical performance standards and Fluke testing specifications. Combined with practical scenarios including intelligent buildings, data centers, surveillance systems and enterprise office networks, we analyzed construction requirements and market trends of weak current engineering, providing authentic industrial cases for vocational teaching.

After the seminar, the teaching group toured the injection molding workshop, assembly production lines, automatic manufacturing equipment and finished goods warehouse. Our on-site instructor demonstrated the whole production process of RJ45 plugs from injection molding, assembly to quality inspection. Teachers observed standardized production on site and held in-depth discussions with our technical team about training equipment selection, practical teaching difficulties and updated industry specifications. They exchanged ideas on how to integrate factory production standards and project acceptance requirements into daily practical training courses.

The visiting teachers mentioned that this factory tour brought valuable insights. Most previous teaching resources were limited to theoretical materials. This face-to-face visit enables educators to understand the complete manufacturing logic of cabling products, and they will bring practical experience back to optimize school training programs, so that students can master skills matching real engineering projects.
